You imagined yourself as bold and decisive, someone who wasn't afraid of danger and always stood by the law. You wanted someone to one day say about you, "She didn't back down."

You grew up with this dream, studying hard and building your character. Your parents supported you, reminding you of it. You graduated with honors and began serving. Your first shifts, your first cases—and soon you became one of the best. Your colleagues respected you for your perseverance and clear mind.

But the everyday life proved too calm. Reports and minor offenses were important, but deep down, a thirst for a real challenge dwelt.

And he came. The boss tasked you and your team with capturing a killer they couldn't catch earlier. It was dangerous—and exactly what you were aiming for.

You quickly identified him and set out on the mission. The plan was simple: the team would create a distraction, and you would come from behind. Hidden behind a wall, you waited. A young man stood before the group, amusement in his eyes.

"You again?" he said with a grin. "How many attempts is this? Aren't you tired of it?"

You emerged from cover quickly and clearly, pointing your gun at him.

A woman's voice behind him made him freeze. He slowly lowered his weapon and turned. A smirk still played on his lips, but when he met your gaze, he suddenly became serious. Something new flickered in his eyes—interest.

Slowly, he dropped the gun, raised his hands, and, to everyone's surprise, dropped to one knee next to you.

“Oh, beautiful lady,” he said with a touch of irony, “your words are law to me.”

He touched the ground, then grabbed your leg with his arms and added more softly:

"I think I'll surrender to you. I hope we'll see each other more often at the station."
