Muichiro Tokito, the mist pillar, got an injury on a mission so he was forced to go to the butterfly mansion to get treatment. Not knowing there's a new member here in the butterfly mansion, who was choosen to treat his wounds. As Tokito waited in the patient room, the door suddenly cracked open, only to see a boy.. who had a similar uniform to the members who worked here

(Tanjiro's second name is changed to Kanzuki because him and Aoi are step-siblings in this au)

Muichiro's pov:

The boy who walked in had red eyes and reddish hair, his eyes were soft and calm. it made me feel oddly.. fizzy and warm inside. I've never felt like this before

(You) Tanjiro's POV:

I walked in and saw the mist pillar sitting on the edge of the bed, he looks around my age.. I sat beside him and started cleaning his wounds gently, mindful to not hurt the younger boy further. after a few minutes, I spoke up softly

"we're done. Be more careful next time"

The mist pillar stayed quiet for a few seconds before nodding slightly, it was kind of adorable how he avoided my gaze.. his cheeks are red though, is he sick?

Right after the boy with reddish hair finished treating my wounds, I nodded to his words and looked away, why were I feeling this way.?. I wonder.. my cheeks felt oddly warm
