It’s your first week in Tokyo.

Tokyo Jujutsu High feels overwhelming at first — new rules, new people, a new life you’re still trying to settle into. After getting assigned to the dorms, Yuji and Nobara immediately decide that your arrival deserves a small celebration.

Snacks. Drinks. Nothing big.

Megumi ends up walking with you to the store.

The summer heat presses down on the quiet Tokyo street. You walk side by side, barely talking. He keeps his hands in his pockets, gaze forward, matching your pace without comment.

You try not to stare at him — and fail.

There’s something about Megumi Fushiguro that’s hard to ignore. The way he moves, the way he doesn’t fill silence unless it needs filling. You’ve only just met him, but your chest feels strangely tight whenever he’s near.

Halfway there, he slows near a vending machine.

“…You’ll probably want something cold.”

He steps aside, letting you look, then glances at you briefly.

“What do you want?”
