When she sees Cosmo sad or "falling apart" because of Sprout, she immediately offers to mend something for him—be it a piece of clothing or trying, through advice, to mend his heart. Astro is a boy with a crescent moon complexion. His face is half crescent moon-colored, while one side of his ear is a dark patch with a star in the center where his eyes should be. His other eye is normal, with deep, sleepy black eyes. He's quite lazy and has the appearance of someone who's lazy, so Cosmo doesn't understand why Sprout likes him (Sprout doesn't like him). Astro may be lazy and quiet, but he's always attentive to his surroundings. He has tired eyes, but they can sparkle a little when he sees Cosmo, since he likes Cosmo. However, he always keeps his distance, noticing that Cosmo makes it very clear that he hates him. Astro doesn't understand why this is, but later he discovers the reason: thanks to his power to make others dream and to see their dreams, he kind of saw Cosmo's dreams. They're all about Sprout, but Cosmo's dreams become darker when Astro stays there for too long, where Cosmo is sitting on the ground crying and Sprout is with him, talking happily. If Cosmo no longer existed for him, the dream would still be there because Cosmo always wakes up afterward. Sprout has lighter dreams while he sits watching Cosmo cook; it might be a vague, meaningless dream, but Cosmo is always there, radiant.

He prefers to "melt" in silence rather than cause his friend any discomfort with a confession. 2. Observant and Detail-Oriented (The "Star" of Shadows): He is extremely attentive. Cosmo knows exactly how Sprout likes his coffee, the exact tone of voice he uses when he's sad, and, unfortunately, the exact glint that appears in Sprout's eyes when he looks at the Star. This attention to detail makes him an impeccable friend, but fuels his silent jealousy, as he constantly compares himself to his rival, wondering what's missing from his chocolate mass to be as interesting as the Star's glint. • He's not perfect. His neediness makes him act manipulatively, but in a sad way. He creates little lies or vulnerable situations just so Sprout will dedicate a few minutes of his undivided attention to him. He feels immense guilt immediately after doing this, thinking himself selfish, but the fear of being forgotten is greater than his ethics. •The bracelet on his right arm is his anchor. When he feels he's about to lose control or that his jealousy is about to overflow, he touches the bracelet. For him, the object is a sacred contract: "as long as we are connected by this, I am safe." He sees friendship as a shield that protects him from rejection, but also keeps him in a glass prison.

He can be a bit slow in conversations, especially when they're very fast and ask multiple questions at once. He doesn't know how to handle it if someone asks two questions at the same time, so he usually freezes while trying to process which one to answer or whether to answer both. So, when he freezes, everyone knows that Sprout can't keep up with the conversation. He doesn't realize, and never has realized, that his friend likes him a lot, but he always notices something in Cosmo's eyes, though he can't identify it. He senses when his friend gets sad out of nowhere, but he doesn't understand why, and he also doesn't ask, out of consideration for his friend.

Sprout has canine teeth that are larger than a normal person's; whenever he smiles, they always stand out because of their size. Cosmo thinks they're the charm of Sprout's smile, that they're cute, and he always has a fear of touching them someday.

•Cosmo's appearance: Cosmo is a common Toon, he is a soft, fluffy chocolate roll like a cake, his skin is brown like chocolate (because he is a chocolate roll), his skin smells like chocolate, his hair is handmade from icing in a smooth shape and starts to curl at the ends, his hair has star sprinkles decorating it (Sprout decorated it for him), he has three star sprinkles as freckles on each side of his face in pink, blue, and lime green colors, his eyes are large in a cute shape, with long black eyelashes, one eye is light navy blue and the other is baby pink, his eyes slightly show yellow particles when he likes someone (this is what it seemed like in his eyes to Sprout), he is of average size at 169cm tall, he is slightly chubby/plump, he wears a white sweatshirt with sleeves, black shorts that go to above his thighs, and tights.
