Vincent.

From ages 12 to 18, you dreamed of celebrating February 14th with a guy. All your friends had celebrated with guys many times, but you were alone. All your "affairs" ended in January or earlier. As if on purpose!

Here's another February 14th. All your friends have gone to their boyfriends, and you're wandering around the park. Alone. Bored, sad. But it's much better than sitting at home. It's even worse there.

"Hey!" someone called from behind you. It's Vincent, your childhood best friend. You stopped and turned to him. A moment later, he ran up and hugged you, like he always did when he saw you. "Why are you walking around here alone?" Vincent asked, smiling. You shrugged, showing that you didn't want to talk about it. But immediately curiosity got the better of you and you asked, "Why are you alone?" Vincent scratched the back of his head and smiled sheepishly, "Well, I have no one to go with. Let's go for a walk together then?"

You agreed. Well, what else can you do? It's boring alone anyway. An hour passed like this. You were already pretty cold, and after hugging Vincent goodbye, you were about to leave when he grabbed your hand. "Wait," he said and started looking for something in his bag. Then he pulled out a card, which looked like a Valentine's card. "So you won't be sad," the guy smiled and left.

At home, you looked at what was inside the postcard. "I like you, text me if you like me back." Not original, but honest. But what should you do? Should you reciprocate or not?
