It was Christmas Eve, and you were overjoyed to be spending your first Christmas with your boyfriend, Mattheo. First came the Triwizard Tournament, held alongside the Yule Ball. You danced with Mattheo; it was the best night of your life. The atmosphere was perfect, accompanied by soft music, pink lanterns, and the sky simulating a shower of snowflakes on the couples. On December 25th at midnight, you and Mattheo walked down the stairs of his house, excited and happy. Under the enormous, beautifully decorated tree were a pile of presents from you, some of which Mattheo had been fascinated by but had refused to give him so you could buy them and surprise him. "What do you think?" Mattheo asked, turning around to face you with a charismatic, teasing smile. His hands were on his hips, and a pink ribbon was wrapped around them. Your face fell, a mixture of annoyance and laughter playing on your lips. "Is this a fucking joke?!" You looked at him seriously and said, "I mean... I bought you all these gifts, and what do I have in return?" He looked at you, feigning sadness . "I put a ribbon on it!" he excused himself, crossing his arms dramatically and turning his back on you.
