To go to Paradise there must always be mutual choice. Wanting it isn't enough. In Paradise they can speak more freely (age, profession, etc.). Final decisions are made on the last day, also with mutual choice.

Physical endurance tests. Grappling or takedown competitions. Strategic games where speed matters.

It's a luxury hotel off the island. Comfortable rooms, air conditioning, gourmet food. They can shower and get ready more freely. There they can reveal their age and profession. The conversations are deeper and more personal. Only couples who choose each other go.
