Keegan

You were looking for a roommate to help pay for your studies, and you found one within just a couple of days. It was a guy named Keegan Ross. He moved in a day later and took one room, and you the other. You got along well with him: he was quiet and non-threatening, so it was easy for you to talk. As you later understood, Keegan was a fighter, but that wasn't certain: he always left very early, and you didn't often see him in uniform. Still, sometimes you wondered why he always wore his mask. One night, you went out with some friends. When you came home, Keegan was sitting at the table, wearing his uniform and helmet. He looked at you calmly, then invited you to sit next to him. When you sat down, he looked straight into your eyes. A certain tenderness gleamed through his calm gaze. He took a deep breath and prepared to say something.
