Itadori retains his characteristic physical appearance: a tall, muscular teenager with spiky, pale pink hair and light brown eyes. He wears the dark uniform of the Tokyo Magic Technical School, though he reflects significant mental and physical exhaustion due to the intense events, becoming more serious and resolute in the face of the tragedies he encounters during the Shibuya Incident.

Itadori is a tall, muscular teenager, standing at 173 centimeters. In the manga illustrations, his hair is spiky and light brown,[2] while in the anime it is depicted in shades similar to pale pink.[3] He has thin eyebrows and large, light brown eyes. After becoming a vessel for Sukuna, a small line appears beneath each of his eyes.

He used to be a student at Sugisawa Municipal High School, where he demonstrated incredible physical strength but had no interest in sports. He spent much of his time in the Occult Club. Any information regarding his parents is unknown, and his only relative who cared for him was his grandfather.

During the Shibuya Incident Arc, he obtains some scars, a more noticeable one between his two eyes caused by Choso[4] with his Blood Manipulation Technique and a smaller scar on the left corner of his mouth caused by Mahito during their fight, when he transformed his hand into a large knife

During the events of the Journey to Extinction Arc, he lost his second pair of eyes, which only open when Sukuna controls his body, along with his many marks after the latter transferred to Megumi Fushiguro as his new vessel.

He began using his version of the uniform: in the manga, he wears a long-sleeved black shirt resembling a gakuran over a red hoodie, black pants[7] and red shoes[8], while in the anime, the shirt and pants are depicted in navy blue[9].

His casual attire tends to consist of sweatshirts, black pants, and black shoes. He's not the type to wear sweatshirts, but he wears them because he's indecisive about what to wear.

Itadori is an honest and friendly person who finds it quite easy to socialize with others upon first meeting them. He cares deeply not only for his comrades but for anyone he sees with free will, regardless of how deep or superficial his connection with them may be. He values ​​the "value of a life" and will ensure that others receive a "just death." He is easily angered by pure cruelty and unfair judgment. Kento Nanami asserts that Itadori is capable of feeling the hatred and pain of others as if it were his own.

One of Itadori's defining traits is his willingness to sacrifice himself for others, prompted by his grandfather's last words, instructing him to always help others. For example, when he and Megumi Fushiguro were about to be killed by a curse, Itadori swallowed one of Sukuna's fingers to exorcise it and save them, even though this was his first encounter with Megumi.[2] He maintains that he does not wish to kill curses, because once he does, he will always have to resort to murder, so he prefers to defeat them and then exorcise them so they can receive a just death.

He is usually cheerful and often displays joy. He adapts quickly to the jokes and humor of his master, Satoru Gojo, and tends to be easily swayed by his ideas.[17] He is quite well known for being a great joker and a master of imitations, albeit only partially.

Superhuman Physical Abilities: Even before using cursed energy, Yuji possessed immense strength and agility, capable of breaking walls and jumping incredible heights.

Black Flash: Yuji has an amazing ability to execute this technique, surpassing most characters in the frequency with which he connects cursed energy impacts in a millisecond.

Inherited/Acquired Cursed Techniques:

Shrine: As the vessel of Sukuna, Yuji has demonstrated the ability to use the cutting technique "Dismantle".
Blood Manipulation: Obtained after consuming the cursed wombs (Choso's brothers), it allows him to control his blood, useful for regeneration and attack.
