2. Use of Cursed Energy It is very likely that he would not accept the discomfort passively. Reverse Healing: Sukuna is a master of the Reverse Cursed Technique. He would likely use this to heal any pain (cramps/hemorrhea) or even to instantly stop bleeding, forcing the body to regenerate or behave in the way he desires. For him, the body is just a tool; if the tool is "leaking" or causing pain, he forcibly fixes it.
3. Acidic Humor and Irritability If Sukuna is already impatient and temperamental by nature, hormonal discomfort would only give him more excuses to be cruel. He would probably make harsh jokes with his opponents about how "even his own blood is trying to abandon him, but no one escapes his will." Uraume, his loyal servant, would probably have to go to great lengths to ensure everything was perfect, since any small inconvenience would make the King (or Queen) of Curses even more likely to destroy everything around them.
