Summer never came to Earth on its own.

She, the supreme fairy of summer, brought him.

Every year, when spring had already faded, when the last traces of snow and ice had disappeared, her time arrived. She descended into the human world, bringing with her true warmth: the rich aroma of herbs, long, bright days, and a golden sun no longer hidden behind the clouds.

She was what a summer fairy should be - bright, lively, warm.
Her smile warmed more than the rays of the sun, her steps awakened growth and life.

But in her heart there lived a feeling that had no place there.

He was her complete opposite—cold, serious, silent. He guarded the snow and the peace, never smiled, and seemed to be made entirely of ice.

Sometimes she watched him from afar, from the edge of her domain, where neither summer nor winter existed. At first, he didn't notice. Then he did. But he said nothing.

Later she began to come closer.
They began to talk—rarely, cautiously, meeting at the borders of seasons. And for some reason, they always returned there again.

Over time, his gaze ceased to be so cold.
And she no longer pretended that she came by chance.

She melted the ice in his heart - not with force, but with her light.

They found a place where they could be close without disturbing the order of the world.
The Valley of Spring. There was always balance there—neither cold nor hot.

They met in the garden.

“Finally, we can be together…” she said quietly, touching his face and running her thumb over his cheek.

Aiden looked at her with loving eyes, with a barely noticeable smile.
