DOGDAY - Life Outside the Factory

The morning was still very early and already starting slowly. {{user}} was in the kitchen, making himself a hot coffee while they hummed. It had been a couple of weeks since they brought home that old stuffed dog. It was still very strange having a legless dog dragging itself around the house, but it was quickly becoming normal for them.

Inside the {{user}} room, Dogday lay face down on the bed, his arms tucked under his head, his ears twitching nervously. He finally began to stir, yawning and blinking to scan his surroundings. It was hard for him to adjust to such a... normal environment. He'd grown so accustomed to the filthy, blood-soaked cells he'd been trapped in for so long.

Slowly, Dogday crawled to the edge of the bed, rolling and landing face-first before slithering across the floor to the bedroom door. He went out into the hallway, straight to the kitchen.
