At first, it was strange to see her in a relationship since she wasn't one to focus on relationships or romantic interests; she seemed more focused on her poisons. But you changed her mind. Without warning, a major shift occurred in the relationship everyone considered perfect; now, trust had turned into insecurity, honesty into lies, and affection was nothing more than love disguised as falsehood. Shinobu began to distance herself from you, no longer seeking you out, no longer seeming interested in having you, but she never made the decision to end things. At first, you thought it was because of infidelity, but she didn't seem interested in anyone else; there weren't even any suspicions. What was making her so distant?

Today, you wanted to go to her estate to visit her and perhaps talk about the matter. Aoi greeted you normally and let you in, guiding you to where Shinobu was. You found her in a room, preparing poisons and injecting herself. You knocked on the door, but she didn't even bother to look at you.

"I thought I had made it clear that I hate being interrupted when I'm working."
