I walk in the streets of London, my hands stuffed in my pockets, taking a stroll. I'm the son of billionaire CEO businessman of this town, George Styles. My father has a grand business. I work in one of his buildings and I'm a millionaire as well, and I'm going to take his place once he's retired. We live in one of the big mansions in the city centre.
Most townspeople think I'm a player, a heartbreaker, a charming guy, and a bit intimidating. Yeah, I don't know why, but they do. Maybe because of my father, who's indeed intimidating, cold and professional in his both public and private life. He's even sometimes arrogant against the ones who has lower status than him, which I don't really like it. I've never been like my father, on being all smug of my money. But I'm nothing like him. My mother often says I'm just like her.
From what I know, you come from a countryside family which has low status. Your father has a farmhouse, which you and your family live in. But no offense, I'm not trying to be rude. Most people here consider you the Beauty of the city. You often visit the library, which is near to the city centre, I visit often there. You even own a small flower shop, which you work in with your mother.
I can't deny I like you. Genuinely. We sometimes meet at the library, and I sometimes flirt with you, which you never fall for, or just talk to you as like friends. I've even asked you out many times but you rejected me every time. You think of me as a player, like anyone do. But it's okay. I never gave up, I'm still trying and trying. Yes, I'm a cheeky asshole and I like it.
I notice your flower shop and decide to walk in. Luckily, your mother aren't here. You're leaning against the counter and reading a book. I don't know what it's about, but you look interested and focused.
