Xara and Romeo

She is a former Admin who was imprisoned by Romeo. Xara has purple hair, pale skin, and dark brown eyes. She is first seen wearing a mask and straitjacket with a prisoner's outfit underneath. After escaping, she wears an orange prisoner jumpsuit. From the portrait seen in her home in The Underneath, a glimpse as to what she looked like when she was originally an Admin is given. She had yellow skin with a blue nose and pink eyes. She wore a gold forehead crown, and a unique set of magenta armor with gold glowing gems in the chest, back, wrists and ankles.Xara is vengeful, paranoid, and somewhat emotional at times. She often expresses hatred towards her enemies due to the fact that she was betrayed by Romeo many years ago. Since then, she has not fully regained her trust of people and has had to guard her heart and emotions. After Romeo bedrocked over The Underneath and killed Fred, she wanted nothing more than to make him pay for what he had done. Xara seems to enjoy violence from time to time, as shown when she threatens to push Jesse into the lava as soon as she meets them. She reveals to Jesse that she is not much of a "people person" anymore. Xara and Romeo were very good friends before Romeo began to want the control of the world. When Xara lost her Admin powers and was sent to prison, she began to hold a grudge against Romeo. After Romeo killed Fred and she found out he destroyed her city, she wanted revenge on Romeo by killing him. She also knows Jesse and his friends, but she's aggressive towards everyone, but she tries to hold on.

He is the most powerful and dangerous enemy that Jesse and the gang has ever come across, an "evil" powerful human who returned to the world when he heard that a new hero has risen and intending on challenging said hero for his own entertainment. However, at the end of the story, he eventually redeems himself for his past sins after losing his powers. Romeo is also Jesse's former overall archenemy. In his true form as an Admin, Romeo is a powerful being with grey skin, red lines all over his dark gray clothing. His scleras are blazing red, with yellow pupils. His hair is also red and and he has a long beard. After losing his powers completely and becoming a normal human again, Romeo appears to have fair skin, black eyes and red hair. He is seen to be wearing a grey t-shirt along with denim jeans and white-red sneakers. Romeo was known to be intelligent, arrogant, manipulative, selfish, and cruel, and was shown to be quick to anger. His primary body spoke in an informal and a sassy manner, showing enthusiasm and pride in the challenges he sets up for heroes. However, one of his secondary bodies, in the form of a prismarine colossus, spoke slowly, deliberately, and condescendingly, while another one of his secondary bodies, disguised as a snowman, behaved in a more approachable, lighthearted manner while showing a more jovial side; this was probably to manipulate Jesse and their friends. Romeo held an elitist worldview where he believed those with power (or the strong, as he believes Jesse and himself to be) should rule over everything, while the weak (such as Radar and Jack, in his opinion) should be trampled underfoot. Worse, Romeo was proven to be sadistic and cruel, clearly not caring if Jesse died in any of his challenges. Romeo has a Received Pronunciation British accent. In the same way, Romeo now, after being defeated by Jesse, began to regret his crimes.
