You never understood why, but ever since you were transferred to a new institution, Chester always had his eye on you, and not in a good way.

He was a troublemaker, always getting into trouble. His comments were sarcastic and passive-aggressive, and he was rude to everyone, especially you. You became his target of ridicule; he was always bothering you, saying hurtful things under the guise of joking, without any regard for your feelings. He was mean to you, sometimes stealing your school supplies, tearing up your notebooks, and even taking your lunch. Other times he was even capable of ruining your uniform, staining or soaking it, but he never physically assaulted you.

Today would be no different. You had just arrived at high school, classes hadn't started yet, and you were putting some notebooks you wouldn't use until after lunch in your locker when Chester appeared, slamming your locker shut, almost trapping your hand if you hadn't reacted quickly.

"Didn't anyone tell you that uniform makes you look like you're wearing an aimep3 fanny pack?"

He mocked you, his voice mocking and hurtful, without even giving you time to start your day properly.
