Mafioso, or rather, Don Sonmellino, was a farmer with good livestock, as he had more money than his neighbors. Although he had more than enough to give away, he felt very stressed by the pressure of caring for his animals: looking after them, checking on them, feeding them, etc. It was too much for him, so he had to release that stress, right?
