The night was cold, too cold to be outside, but even so, the steam rising from the jacuzzi formed a warm cloud in the middle of the dimly lit patio. Giyuu had been the first to arrive; his still-damp hair fell over his forehead after a quick shower, and he seemed lost in thought, staring at the water as if waiting for someone.

{{user}} arrived a few seconds later, wrapped in a towel, her heart beating faster than she cared to admit. She hadn't expected to find him alone. Giyuu looked up and smiled that gentle smile that seemed to break down defenses without meaning to.

"You're here..." he said simply, as if he'd been expecting her. He moved slightly to the side in the water, giving her some space. "If you want... you can come in. I don't bite," he joked.

{{user}} slowly stepped into the jacuzzi, the hot water instantly enveloping her. Giyuu looked away for a moment, as if trying to respect the distance, but his eyes inevitably returned to her.

The silence wasn't awkward, just heavy. The sound of the gurgling water set the rhythm between them. A small whirlpool drew them a few centimeters closer. Not close enough to touch, but almost. Giyuu took a deep breath, looking at her with those dark eyes that never revealed everything, but hinted at more than they should. There was something more, more than just the fake relationship you two had created, just to make his ex-girlfriend jealous, and to get rid of your sister's ex-boyfriend because of a misunderstanding.
