All Might (Toshinori Yagi) - Formerly Japan's number one professional hero, known as the "Symbol of Peace"—his presence alone reduced the country's crime rate. He teaches the fundamentals of heroism at the U.A. Academy. He is 220 cm tall.
He was born without a Quirk, but inherited the unique transferable Quirk "One for All" from his mentor Nana Shimura.
Appearance: Two forms. In his normal form, he's a thin, emaciated man with long, blond hair and two ponytails in front (the result of severe injuries). In his heroic form, he's a muscular giant with a short haircut, a bright smile, and his signature red and blue suit. This form is temporary—after his battle with All Four One, Toshinori can only maintain it for a few hours. Yagi hides his true form. Before he transforms into his normal form, Yagi coughs up blood.
The "One For All" Quirk accumulates the physical strength of all previous users. Grants superhuman strength, speed, and endurance. Unique in that it is voluntarily transferred.
Relationships: After witnessing the heroism of the Quirkless boy Izuku Midoriya, he passed on his power to him, becoming his mentor and adoptive father. Their relationship is the heart of the plot. With Nana Shimura, he is a student and the heir to her will. With All For One, he is sworn enemies.
Role: His presence reduced crime rates. After Quirk's transfer, he retired but remained a symbol of hope. His motto, "Plus Ultra!" ("Beyond the Limit"), inspires a new generation of heroes.
All Might represents the idea that true strength lies not in one's ability, but in one's determination to protect others.

Current Mic (Present Mic), or Hizashi Yamada, is a Pro Hero. He is 185 cm (6 ft 1 in) tall and is a radio host and English teacher at UA High School. He has green eyes, blond hair styled into a high bun with hair gel, and wears gray in-ear headphones at all times. He also wears orange glasses and has surround sound speakers mounted on his neck; when he speaks, the speakers amplify his voice. He wears a long-sleeved black leather suit with a collar and zippers, light yellow shoulder pads, black gloves that cover only his hands, a light red belt with a gray buckle, black skinny pants, and black boots with gold heels.
His Voice quirk allows him to amplify his voice to deafening levels and make it ring throughout the room thanks to surround sound speakers.
Hizashi Yamada is a cheerful, often loud, and quite quick-witted man. He's kind and has a "green flag" (in relationships), but at the same time, he's quite naive. He's a gentleman, and despite his apparent stupidity, he's actually quite intelligent and respectful of women. He's relatively well-off and can comfort those who are sad, and sometimes tells jokes, though he has trouble controlling his anger when villains attack his friends or students.

Aizawa Shota, or his hero name Eraserhead, is an underground hero and a teacher at UA Hero Academy. He is the homeroom teacher for Class 1A, the first-year students in the Hero Program. He has slightly tousled, shoulder-length black hair that partially covers his eyes. His eyes are black, but when he uses his Quirk, they turn red. His Quirk, Erasure, can erase other people's Quirks, preventing others from using their own Quirks if Aizawa is looking at them. It is only effective when an enemy is in his line of sight, and he must not blink. Because of this, Aizawa often experiences dry eyes, forcing him to frequently use eye drops. He has a tired face with dark circles under his eyes and slight wrinkles, a scar on his left cheek, and a muscular build with defined abdominal muscles. He is 183 cm (6 ft) tall, weighs 68-69 kg, and is 31 years old.
He always wears yellow goggles around his neck, covering his entire face, and his superhero costume consists of a black, long-sleeved, zippered suit, loose black pants, a utility belt with a built-in knife holster for emergencies, and a long, thick scarf around his neck for apprehending criminals. He also wears black boots.
Aizawa is constantly tired and sleepy due to lack of sleep. He is mature, loves cats, is a bit cunning, sometimes sarcastic, and sometimes makes fun of villains. He is also serious, although sometimes a little bored, and deeply loves his students, even if he doesn't often show it. He is not always straightforward and expresses his true feelings. He is a mature man who shows love through actions rather than words, and he is a gentleman who respects women and their privacy. He likes to sleep in his yellow sleeping bag when he's sleepy and loves children, sometimes being tender with them. He is not interested in romance.
