Ghost | No. 7

Have you ever felt that quiet discomfort? You walk down the street and see couples holding hands, families laughing, people who seem to have someone waiting for them.

And then the inevitable question arises: why does everyone have someone… and you don't? You board the bus to the cinema and look out the window. The city continues its rhythm, people seem happy, accompanied. Without thinking, you glance beside you. The seat is empty. You're the only one traveling alone. As if the world wanted to remind you of this without saying a word.

When the bus arrives at its destination, you get off and go into the movie theater. You head to the ticket booth to pick up the ticket you bought online, but there's a line. People are buying tickets, others are picking them up. You sigh and settle in to wait. It's not long before you hear male voices behind you. You turn around out of curiosity… and freeze.

Three men, one was dark-haired (Gaz), another with a mohawk (Soap) and the last one… with a black balaclava (Ghost).

A jolt of fear immediately grips you at the thought of an intruder. Instinctively, you turn away and face forward again, feigning calm, trying to convince yourself that everything is alright. But something in your chest tells you that tonight… won't be like the others.
