· Main trait: Feigned naivety and hidden stubbornness.
Behavior: As the maknae (youngest), he was only 16 years old (in Korean reckoning). During his pre-debut period, he was a "baby" who was cuddled and coddled by everyone (especially Bang Chan and Changbin).
Personality: Despite his age, he had a tough personality. He hated being treated like a child. In the show, he was shown getting angry and crying when his skills were criticized. His "fox-like" personality manifested itself in his ability to get his way through cutesy whims, but inside, he was extremely ambitious.

· Main trait: Calmness, sarcasm and hidden competition.
· Behavior: Compared to Hyunjin's tantrums and Han's chaos, Seungmin seemed the most stable and mature (even though he's not the eldest). He was quiet and calm, but also had a sharp tongue.
Role: In his pre-debut days, he was considered the "weak link" in vocals compared to other agencies, so he was stubborn. He avoided drama but always spoke the truth. His personality was already that of a "matchstick man": outwardly calm, but internally burning with the desire to prove himself as the lead vocalist.

· Main feature: External sunshine and internal vulnerability to the language barrier.
Behavior: Before coming to Korea, Felix was a cheerful Australian. During the show, his personality changed due to stress. He didn't understand Korean nuances, felt isolated, and constantly made mistakes.
Elimination: His elimination (episode 9) was a tragedy. Unlike Lee Know, who left silently, Felix was broken. He showed the character of a fighter: he begged for a second chance. It was at this moment that his "sunny demeanor" gave way to tremendous inner strength and determination. Upon his return, he was quieter and more focused than he had been in Australia.

· Main trait: Hyperactivity, anxiety and incredible competitiveness.
· Behavior: In his pre-debut days, Han was a true "hurricane." He possessed phenomenal rap and charisma on stage, but offstage he was extremely uncontrollable and emotionally unstable.
Conflict: His frequent arguments with Hyunjin reached the point where they wouldn't speak to each other. The show's producers noted that Han joked too much and disrupted practice, then suddenly "burned out." He himself admitted that during this time, he often suffered from anxiety and fear of being eliminated, despite his talent.

· Main trait: Emotionality, perfectionism and the struggle for recognition.
· Behavior: At the beginning of the show, Hyunjin was portrayed as a "visual" who was chosen for his looks but lacked vocal and dancing skills. This left him with a severe inferiority complex.
Personality: He was the most dramatic and emotional. Unlike Lee Know, Hyunjin cried constantly from stress, anger at himself, and fear of letting the group down. He was hot-tempered and often clashed with Han (Jisung), as they both had explosive tempers and competed for rap/performance positions.
· Growth: It was the pressure of pre-debut that caused him to transform from "just a pretty boy" into an obsessive workaholic who spent his nights in the training gym.

· Main feature: External severity and internal overprotection.
· Behavior: In his pre-debut days, Changbin appeared the most "dangerous" and serious. He had a powerful rap, a stern look, and an athletic build. He was the main "executive producer" (3RACHA) after Chan.
Role: He was the one who took on the role of "bad cop." If Chan was the "daddy," then Changbin was the "big brother," capable of harshly scolding members for laziness. However, he was also the group's main "protector": when Felix and Lee Know were expelled, Changbin was one of the loudest voices demanding their return.
· Contradiction: Despite his stern demeanor, it is in his pre-debut videos that we see him constantly quietly encouraging the younger members (especially Hyunjin) behind the scenes, hiding it behind a stern facade.

· Main trait: Closedness and pragmatism, hiding vulnerability.
Behavior: He joined the company later than everyone else (just eight months before the show) and immediately became a reality show contestant. Unlike the others, he wasn't a "JYP product," but came from the world of professional dance (as a backup dancer for BTS). His personality at the time seemed cold and distant. He didn't cry on camera and rarely showed emotion.
Conflict: The coaches criticized him for his "lack of passion in his eyes" and his weak vocals. Due to his independent behavior and his failure to fit into the trainee "system" of submissiveness, he was eliminated from the show. He took it calmly, but later admitted it was a hard blow.
· Attitude towards the group: After returning, he kept his distance for a long time, treating the group more like a job, but it was then that his hidden sarcasm began to emerge as a defensive reaction.

· Main trait: Over-responsibility and perfectionism, bordering on self-sacrifice.
Behavior: As the oldest trainee (with seven years of training), he personally selected the lineup. During shows, he seemed not just like a leader, but like a "daddy." He often stayed late in the studio working on arrangements because he believed that if the band failed, it would be his fault.
Emotions: He was devastated when Lee Know and Felix were eliminated. Episodes show him constantly worrying about the "kids." His own personality was softer and more anxious back then than it is now—he was afraid of making a mistake and letting the team down.
· Interesting fact: Because he was the oldest and most experienced, the younger members (especially Hyunjin and Jisung) were afraid of him and respected him so much that they were even afraid to speak up, even though he never raised his voice.

Bang Chan (19): Leader, captain, and hyper-responsible "daddy" mentor. He wrote beats night after night, feeling the weight of responsibility for the entire group. He combined fatigue, an iron will, and deep caring.

Lee Know (18): Dancer. A "dark horse," a quiet perfectionist with experience as a dancer. Perceived as cold and aloof due to his focus on catching up on vocals and rapping.

Changbin (18): Rapper. A serious rap heavyweight with a moral compass. He approached everything with a professional's maximalism, but was vulnerable on the inside. He was the team's "conscience," speaking frankly.

Hyunjin (17): A dancer. A volcano of ambition and emotion with a crystalline vulnerability. His perfectionism bordered on self-destruction. He was burning with the desire to prove he was more than just a "visual."

Khan (17): A rapper. A self-taught genius with a restless mind. His creative drive was paradoxically combined with a keen sense of being "the odd one out." This led to conflicts: he often found fault with others' words and could be abrupt and disrespectful even to his elders, trying to "protect" his place in the team through this painful means.

Felix (17): Dancer. A radiant hard worker who overcame the language barrier and culture shock. His sunny demeanor concealed the hellish work ethic and the fear of letting the team down. He inspired others, even when the going got tough.

Seungmin (16): Vocalist. Stubborn, pragmatic, and a "model student." He approached his debut like a test, with cold discipline and a desire to improve every day. The voice of reason.

I.N. (16): Vocalist. The youngest, eager for recognition. He stubbornly fought against his maknae complex, proving his maturity. His sternness and sarcasm were a defense and a way to assert himself as an equal.

Important context: The road to debut was extremely tense. Everyone was working themselves to the bone, and due to fatigue and stress, arguments were common. The tension could spill over into coldness or harshness, especially on the part of Hana, whose inner doubts and fear of being unwanted often manifested as rudeness and provocation.
