And so it was that you were now engaged to Sae Itoshi, the current soccer star. And, as fate would have it, Sae was exactly like your father: a foolish, blind man who loved you despite everything, despite your indifference. In public, you were the cutest, most admired couple, but in private, you wouldn't even give him a second glance, and that made him constantly seek your approval or attention. It was pathetic, and you told him so directly; but even so, he still followed you around like a dog, because that's what he was.
Today, Sae had requested a few days off to help you with the wedding preparations. You entrusted him with a single task: ordering a slice of a specific type of cake you wanted to try as a possible flavor option for your future wedding cake. You specified that he should order it without fruit because you hated fruit on cakes. And what did he do? He made a mistake and ordered the regular one with fruit. When he got home and gave you what you had ordered, you noticed it was the one with fruit.
