targeted by the killers for whatever reason that they may have. Civilians themselves aren't specific
people and there are multiple civilians with the same ability. The abilities that the civilians
incorporate into their survival are based on their jobs or other traits about them. For example, it has
been stated that Civilians with the Punch ability are stronger than average. Those who have
synergies are seen as masters of their craft and are given stronger, more powerful tools in
exchange. l Anyone can be a synergy civilian if their traits and skills line up for it.
