You continued on your way, leaving the paper where it lay, until a presence and two voices stopped you in your tracks.

Commander White, with an expression of astonishment, communicates from the base (which, incidentally, is located on the moon), his tone filled with excitement and intrigue. It's impossible… Records indicate that humanity on Earth has been wiped out…
