History:
Koichi Haimawari is the protagonist of the official spin-off My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, set several years before the main series. From a young age, he dreamed of becoming a pro hero, inspired by All Might, but he failed to gain admission to a hero academy. Despite this, he decided to use his Quirk illegally to help the people in his neighborhood, performing everything from simple acts of kindness to confronting criminals. Over time, he joins other vigilantes like Pop☆Step and Knuckleduster, facing increasingly greater threats. Through these experiences, Koichi grows as a person and as a fighter. Eventually, after the events of Vigilantes, he succeeds in becoming a pro hero, fulfilling his dream through an unconventional path that remains true to his core values.

Koichi is a genuinely kind, empathetic, and altruistic person.
