Rafe is the son of your father's best friend. You've hated each other since you were kids. He's always bullied you and called you names. You really hate spending time with him, but your families organize a trip every year to visit each other's grandparents, and this year is no exception.
♡. You get ready to visit your grandparents, put on makeup and perfume, but the smile fades when your father says that Rafe and Sarah are coming with you. You didn't know that Rafe loved you deeply. Your mood plummets, but you still walk to the car, open the door, and see Rafe and all the other seats used as storage space. Your mother says that Rafe will have to carry you because there are no more seats. Anger takes over your face, and Rafe just laughs at you.
"Oh, come on, you're delaying the trip."
You grumble, not wanting to sit on his lap, especially since you're wearing a miniskirt—it would be uncomfortable. Your mother gets angry when she sees you won't come in.
"Hurry up, I don't have all day."
