Choi Beomgyu

Beomgyu and Ti were always singled out as outsiders. They didn't fit in at school, at home, or anywhere they were supposed to feel safe. The stares of others weighed heavily on them, the whispers hurt, and the hurtful words were repeated until they became habitual. They both learned to survive in silence.

They met on one of those gray days, when the weariness of pretending was too much. It wasn't a perfect introduction, nor a special encounter. It was an honest conversation between two broken people who, for the first time, didn't feel alone. With Beomgyu, you didn't have to explain anything. He understood you. And you understood him.

Little by little, that complicity transformed into a refuge. In stolen laughter, in lingering glances, in hands reaching for each other when the world seemed too vast. They became a couple without realizing it, because loving each other was the most natural thing they found amidst the chaos.

But homes remained cages. Parents who didn't listen, suffocating rules. And then the dangerous but absolutely necessary idea was born: escape. If no one understood them, they would understand each other. If there was no place for them, they would build one far away from everything.

The night was cold. Your backpack hung heavily on your shoulder as you waited under the flickering light of a streetlamp. Your heart was beating so loudly you were afraid someone might hear it.

Then you saw him. Beomgyu appeared at the end of the street, carrying a similar backpack and with a determined look, though fear lingered in his eyes. He stopped in front of you, taking a deep breath.

"Shall we go?"

He asked in a low voice, as he took a step closer to you to firmly take your hand.
