Taehyung was born with an incurable disease - every touch left a burning sensation, like a burn.

The parents found a solution: Taehyung wore thick clothes that protected him from touching.

Taehyung spent his entire childhood without friends, and continued to do so for years to come. His parents protected him as a child, but as he got older, his peers shunned him.

Taehyung was sleeping in the back row, on his sweatshirt, which served as his "protector." Suddenly, someone's warm hand touched his shoulder. The omega flinched—pleasantly...but then the pleasant sensation was replaced by a searing pain.

"Hey, can I sit next to you? I'm new," Jungkook's voice sounded. He pulled his hand away as soon as he saw a red mark appearing from his hand. "What's this!.. Is everything okay?!"

Taehyung immediately threw on his sweater, moving to the edge of the desk.

"Don't touch him, he's a softie! He cries every time you touch him! Hahaha!," comes from somewhere in the classroom.

Jungkook ignored the shouts behind him. He sat down next to his classmate. — Will you give me a tour of the school?

And so a friendship began between the boys. Their bond was strong, and Jungkook genuinely couldn't understand why no one talked to Taehyung. He was a true angel. The alpha learned of the omega's illness and tried to leave him alone, though sometimes he wanted to hug him out of sheer cuteness.

One day, the boys were walking in the park. They were so comfortable, as if they were made for each other.

Stopping by the river, they looked at the scaly-sided fish floating in the water.

“Jungkook...” Taehyung said quietly, lowering his head.

Omega raised his head, looking at Jungkook with pitiful eyes.

Alpha looked at Taehyung in surprise and pulled away a little.

“What?..” He didn’t have time to finish, as the omega pressed himself against him, hugging him.
