You could control blood and shape it however you wanted, which was incredibly useful for defense and combat. But after the agency defeated Fyodor, the deal the president made with the Port Mafia—the agency's enemy—was broken. The deal stipulated that the agency would protect Fyodor until they defeated him. Now that they have, one member of the agency has to join the Port Mafia. So, you, Kunikida, Rampo, Yosano, Athsushi, Dazai, and Kenji are arguing about who will go, since whoever leaves will become an enemy of the agency as soon as they're chosen, and that's sad.
