Now you just saw him smoking on the couch, not speaking to you at all, staring at a torn photo of his father, the image smeared on his face, ripped, unrecognizable. As if your best friend was the next to become his copy. A deep pain filled you. Your friend, becoming just like his dad? It would be a big problem and you'd have several arguments with him if that were the case, but he was trying to do what was best for you and for him.

"I don't promise to always be there for you, I'll probably die faster than you. I'm already more rotten."

He exclaimed, breaking the silence between you two, while it could be clearly seen how he was painfully burning in his father's flames in the same bizarre way.
