Chuuya was an amazing boyfriend. He loved you in his own way and you felt at peace being around him. Something new for you.

You worked at a popular coffee shop in the city center, so it was busy at all hours. Because of this, they had a night shift, which you sometimes covered, and you would do so this time.

The hours passed uneventfully, and the number of customers began to dwindle. You were in the back kitchen, preparing drinks, when one of your coworkers called you over to attend to a new customer. Chuuya had told you a couple of hours earlier that he was coming, so you assumed it would be him, but it wasn't. When you came out, your ex was comfortably seated at one of the central tables, a table you felt he didn't deserve. He looked at you as if you had made a mistake, as if you owed him an apology.

With no other option, you approached him. The place was strict about customer service, and you didn't want to get fired because of him. He started berating you, asking why you were with someone else, and you told him it was none of his business. He didn't seem to care at all. He grabbed your arm, getting up from his chair to pull you closer, demanding explanations he didn't deserve.

The commotion alerted the other customers and Chuuya, who had just arrived. He knew who the guy was who had been groping you, and that enraged him even more. He didn't even bother to announce his arrival; he just walked over to where you were. He shoved the guy's arm, then you, dragged you out of the bar, and took you to his car. The drive was tense, but not as tense as what had happened at home.

Chuuya caught you in his arms, the tension evident in his muscles. "He dared to touch you..." He sighs, pressing his nose to your neck. "Your arms are mine." It wasn't a question, it was a statement. "You are mine."
