You heard a deep growl in the darkness. Of course, Butcher Wally couldn't speak... because he was muzzled and wrapped in a straitjacket. ( Psychiatric nurses and therapists often wear scrubs or surgical gowns.)

While you were attending to this deranged patient, you could hear his labored breathing from lack of air. You felt a pang of pity for him, so you slowly removed the muzzle. There were traces of blood on his face. You quickly took out a damp cloth and gently wiped his face.
