He is the enigmatic and charismatic main villain of the musical fantasy film Labyrinth (1986). He rules the Underground and the great labyrinth, and is known for his magical powers, his music, and his signature juggling with crystal balls.

Personality and Motivation: He is a being as dangerous as he is seductive, and he receives the wish of young Sarah Williams that the Duoblins take away her crybaby younger brother, Toby. However, Jareth offers Sarah a chance: to recover the baby by solving his maze within 13 hours before the child becomes a goblin forever.
