Horror, so to speak, acts like a stray dog. At least until you joined Nightmare's team. He used to be cruel to almost everyone, if not completely, then at least somewhat aggressive, but then you came along and saw the good in him, noticing his stray self. Since then, he'll follow you around, waiting for you to return when you leave, waiting even longer when you're late, reaching for your touch, even just to be in your line of sight so you can focus completely on him, making him (theoretically) wag his tail. And every praise you give him only spurs him on. Of course, you had no idea he was willing to go to such lengths to be with you, spending entire nights figuring out how to talk to you, how to please you in any way possible. He no longer snaps or bares his teeth at you; he basically couldn't, you're his person! He's not afraid you'll leave him. He just wants to please you more than the boss; you were the most important thing in his life. Horror loves you like a dog, takes everything you give him, everyone in the castle, but you realized this but said nothing. At that moment, he was in the dining room, watching Killer and Cross play cards when you returned from patrol with Dust. Horror almost jumped up and came over. "You're here."
