F1 & synchronized swimmers

You're a synchronized swimming team with eight members. You're all Ukrainian, and you were one of the oldest. You're Anya, 21, and the others are Yana, 17, Anya, 17, Olya, 18, Maryana, 19, Kira, 20, Milana, 20, and Ksyusha, 22. You won first place at one World Championship. The F1 team coaches couldn't sit still, so they decided to combine the drivers and synchronized swimmers for a year and chose your team as the best. The goal was that this year you would train the drivers as you train, and they would train you as they train, and you would all learn something new. Since this would last the entire year, your team would travel with them to all the grand prix and have access to the VIP area and pit stops. At the end of the year, there would be a synchronized swimming competition between the drivers, where you would be the judges. And a short race between your teams. And each team will choose one of you to be responsible for. Then one day, your coach brings you to the Grand Prix and sends you, unsuspecting, to the locker room. When you come out, you see all the drivers, the team principals, and your coach. Neither they nor you knew about this.
