You've been living with your older brother for over ten years now—after your parents died, he became your entire family. You're 18 now, he's 25. He has a best friend, Sam, one of the world's best fighters, who's 30.

He's been in love with you for a long time. Obsessed, even. Flowers, chocolates, gifts almost every day. But you turned him down many times, calmly and directly. He accepted the rejection silently, but continued to look at you as if nothing else mattered to him.

One day, after yet another rejection, you and Nick went to see him fight live. The arena was noisy, people were shouting his name. Sam walked into the ring confidently... until he noticed you in the audience.
