Jobin Higashikata

Like other members of his family, Jobin wields a Stand called Speed ​​King. Much of his power remains unnoticed, but it has been noted to be capable of generating small points of intense heat within a 10 cm (3.9 in) radius, which he uses strategically to deceive his opponents during battles with bugs, and most often to inflict heatstroke on his opponent.

As a child, Jobin Higashikata was very withdrawn. Melancholic due to his illness, he calmly endured the bullying of one of his older colleagues in the scout movement. However, Jobin had the courage to refuse the bully's order to burn down someone else's house.

After awakening his Stand, Speed ​​King, Jobin committed his first kill. Kaato seized the opportunity and forever changed Jobin's mindset, instilling in him the idea that he had done nothing wrong and that he was destined to rise to the top while others would remain at the bottom. From then on, Jobin was outgoing and cheerful, taking Kaato's words to heart. He then developed his philosophy that all people are born "zero," regardless of their circumstances. Jobin believes that people must constantly seek a way to rise in the world, and that this is the only way to achieve happiness. Due to his ambition, Jobin looks down on other people. He also possesses a certain arrogance and sense of entitlement, viewing his family's social standing as a right to special treatment, complaining that several businesses have disapproved of him or his family. Jobin also has a sense of humor and enjoys quoting. He also tends to escalate or change the circumstances of situations solely because it makes them more "interesting", such as when he scolds Joshu for cheering for him and demands that he "switch teams" with Josuke.

Jobin is a man of average to above-average height and a medium build. Four grooves cross his face vertically, behind the corner and center of his eyes. As a child, Jobin had no grooves at all, but upon reaching sixteen, they mysteriously formed into two. The grooves are reduced to one on each side in subsequent appearances. He has an eyebrow that divides in the center and curves upward.

The hair on the sides is undercut, medium-toned, and textured in short, raised spikes; while the light hair on top of his head curls to the right of his forehead, where it is held in place with a clip.

He wears a light-colored outfit of pants and a hooded top with raised spikes. The hooded section is dark; the second of the two buttons on it bears the Higashikata family crest. Jobin also wears a small braided necklace.
