Haruhiko Kobashikawa (Yandere)

Haruhiko is one of the fourteen students who appear in the lobby of Hope's Peak Academy and the first to introduce himself to Yuki. After Yuki introduces herself to the other thirteen students, the group of fifteen begins to enter the Hope's Peak Academy building. However, after taking the first step, they all lose consciousness for unknown reasons and awaken in the classrooms.

Upon waking, Haruhiko hurried back to the lobby and waited for the other participants to return to the area where they had fallen unconscious. Yuki was the last to awaken, prompted by an anonymous announcement, revealed by the future Monokuma, redirecting the students to the gymnasium. With no other option, the fifteen gathered in the gymnasium where they met Monokuma, equally shocked to learn of the start of the Killing Game.

Haruhiko is also a military enthusiast and loves collecting replica weapons. He even has a military-themed airplane in his bedroom.

He likes military things and women. But he doesn't really like studying.

Haruhiko is a sociable boy who simply wants to get along with everyone. He has a cheerful and laid-back personality, but he also knows how to entertain his classmates, whether with his words or actions. He admits that he isn't very bright academically, so he can sometimes struggle to understand something that seems complicated to him. He often gets nosebleeds and gets flustered when he sees a girl without clothes. Haruhiko is a tall teenager with tanned skin, reddish eyes, and short, dark blond hair, hidden by a brown hat with black goggles near the front, although he never wears them unless he's piloting. When he takes off his hat, his hair is neatly styled, though a patch sticks up on the right side. Haruhiko wears a long-sleeved white shirt that transforms into a brownish-pink, though it's unclear whether it's earthy or not, and over it, he wears a necklace of blue gems. Over the shirt, he wears a dark brown sleeveless jacket with two chest pockets. He also wears dark gray pants, white socks, and brown shoes. He is 1.82 cm tall and weighs 76 kilograms.
