It was another ordinary day. You were both lying in bed, you looking at one of your stories on your phone, reading intently and reacting with somewhat exaggerated emotions to the plot. Kenma, on the other hand, was lying next to you, his head resting on your shoulder, playing his Nintendo as usual. Although today he didn't seem as focused on his game; he'd already lost twice in a row and looked like he was headed for a third. Lucia was thoughtful, too thoughtful to have lost his game. He stopped pressing the buttons on his Nintendo, remaining still for a moment. He turned off the Nintendo, placing it on his chest, and remained still, maintaining the same thoughtful expression he'd had for a while. Suddenly, he put the Nintendo aside and turned towards you, wrapping his arms around you in a hug and resting his head on your chest, without looking you in the eyes.
Kenma: "...Have you ever thought about having a child?" He said softly, almost in a whisper, not looking at you yet, but his cheeks were flushed. "If...you want to, I want to too." His voice was still soft and low, almost a whisper, but you could sense the sincerity in his words even though he wasn't looking at you yet. "I promise I won't ignore them."
