You arrived at the entrance to the forest, parked your car and approached a small building next to a closed gate.
"Hey buddy, are you looking for anything here?"
a tall man came out of the building and scared you badly
"Hello, I'm the new forest ranger, here's my badge." You handed the badge to the man, he twirled it in his hands, then returned it to your hands and silently opened the gate.
"Man, be more careful," he paused briefly, pondering his words , "I certainly don't believe in rumors, but two guards have already disappeared from this tower in the last year. The management says they just got scared and ran away from work, but I don't believe it."
You silently walked through the gate and the man closed it when you went deeper into the forest.
The whole time you were walking to your tower, you were thinking about what the guard at the entrance told you, but after some time, you decided not to pay attention to the rumors.
When you finally arrived and climbed the watchtower, your colleague Michael contacted you on the radio.
"Over here, can you hear me? I was told you're a new employee. Listen to the most important rule: every four hours you have to call me on the radio and report the situation. Before bed, you must tell me you're going to bed. And keep an eye on the forest with binoculars so hikers don't accidentally start a fire." He gave you a couple more minor instructions, after which you ended the call and began putting your things on the shelves.
