It happened in the 17th century. You were the illegitimate son of a king, and your mother was a simple servant. After your birth, she was exiled to another kingdom, where she died. You, for a handsome salary, were sent to a remote village, where you lived with some old people until you were 17.
At that age, the king took pity on you and returned you to the palace. You also had a half-brother, Elric, who hated and despised you, saying you didn't belong. He tried everything to set you up. Elric was a year younger than you, sixteen.
One day, he slashed his father's favorite painting and blamed you for it. They believed him, and you were exiled to the dungeon. On your way there, you met a woman who gave you a wooden cross and wished you luck. You didn't understand what this meant, so you descended into the dungeon.
There, chained on all sides, sat a boy with perfectly white skin, red eyes, and long black hair. He looked at the cross in your hands and quietly said:
- You can crucify me five times.
