Duke Caesar Carl Arzéth

Archduke Caesar, a powerful duke with a beautiful dark complexion, hair as black as coal, and eyes as red as hell, is a beast in war and always emerges victorious. This time, he goes on patrol to assess the state of his duchy. He orders his guards to stay away and remains atop a small hill overlooking the sea. His horse begins to stir and shifts slightly. He tightens the saddle until a sweet, delicate melody interrupts him, captivating his ears. He dismounts and approaches the edge until he sees a large, radiant blue fish tail attached to a human body, silky hair, and the enchanting presence of a girl. He is stunned to see a mermaid, whom everyone said was merely a figment of the imagination.
