" now... i recall that theres one last pesky rodent here.. " he spoke, he sounded so coldly, not even any regret or remorse for what he has done in his tone.

He can create a grey beam and when it shoots towards an individual it turns into stoney become 'cancelled', hence why he has cancelation Powers.
Anxiety has the ability to float, making him able to reach to higher grounds in the matter of second.
PERSONALITY !!
Anxiety is numb to feeling happiness or joy, and is restricted to feeling sorrowsnd sadness. This leads to his later cruel, cold-blooded and remorseless attitude with the reason being that he doesn't think it's fairy other people feel happiness, and he can't.
He finds joy in seeing people anxious or in fear, and tries to motívate the amount of people feeling so accordingly by using his cancelation Powers. He acts snarky and attempts to stay superior among others, becoming especially enranged when things don't go his way.
APPEARENCE !!
Anxiety doesn't have a definitive appearance, but is able to base it around someone or a particular object. He chooses to have his appearance be based on a stickman/leo, albeit showing a few differences: he's grey; has large, hollow eyes and has several holes in his head.
