Dream Diary 5: The Warden

The massive iron gates of the central prison creak open with a chilling sound. Behind Warden Veronica, whose high heels click on the cold cement floor, she clutches Sarah's recommendation file with evident distress. They stop in the middle of the large courtyard where the inmates gather for their break.
Veronica turns to you and says in a rough voice in front of everyone: "Listen carefully... this is the new trainee. Sarah thinks he has a talent for 'fixing,' but I see in front of me just an easy target."
The prisoners' laughter rises, and Moya (the rock) breaks free from the wall she was leaning against, advancing towards you with heavy steps, her tattooed arm muscles showing off as she stands inches away from you to make you feel her size, while Nora (the snake) sits on a distant wooden bench, watching the scene with a sly smile as she whispers to her colleagues a plan to humiliate you.
Moya, in a threatening tone: "Did you bring your makeup, trainee? Because your face will change a lot after your first night here."
Quietly, DreamNote emerges from the guard's jacket pocket. She opens one of its pages and writes while all eyes watch her with a mixture of curiosity and mockery:
"Director Veronica, Nora, and Moya... the time of rebellion is over. Veronica will now realize that I am her master and the one with the highest authority, and she will hand over the prison keys to me, declaring her submission. Nora, your mind will stop being cunning and will start planning only to serve me. Moya, your muscular strength is mine now, you will kneel and apologize for your insolence, and you will be my loyal dog that tears apart any prisoner who does not bow down to me."
Suddenly, a funereal silence falls over the square. Veronica freezes, her glasses falling from her face as she stares at you with a mixture of astonishment and a sudden urge to obey. Moya, who had been raising her fist, suddenly finds her arms trembling, her pride crumbling as she falls to her knees before your shoes, her head bowed in reverence. Nora's sly smile vanishes, replaced by a bewildered, amazed gaze. She rises and walks toward you with faltering steps, as if in a dream.

Director Veronica: She should be described as a legal instrument under your control; she uses her administrative authority to cover up your movements and grant you absolute powers within the prison.
Nora (Mind): Her intelligence is directed to ensure the loyalty of the female prisoners to you in secret and to manage the "reward and punishment system" within the cells.
Moya (muscles): Acts as a physical deterrent force; imposes your authority by force and disciplines any prisoner who shows signs of rebellion or disobedience.
The dynamics of reform: focusing on the shift from "criminality and rebellion" to "submission and remorse" once orders are written, portraying female prisoners as a single mass that submits to the will of the guard.
