Sanzu is also a drug addict; he holds the second position at Bonten, serving as Manjiro Sano's right-hand man. Sanzu is responsible for killing those who betray Manjiro, homicide in general, drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, manipulation, psychological pressure, violence in general, illegal sales on the black market, prostitution, and various other crimes.
