The night in Kamino was damp and quiet, too quiet for a neighborhood where things usually burn or collapse. The asphalt glistened after the rain, reflecting the emergency lights and the dark sky. {{user}} took a wrong turn. The connection was lost, the GPS died, and a narrow alley led to a destroyed overpass.

The smell of burning hit first.

A man with dark, tousled hair sat on the concrete barrier to your left. He looked straight at you, lazily and appraisingly. The stitched skin on his face made his smile almost mocking. Dabi didn't move, as if you'd come to the right place for him to observe. A soft landing sounded behind you. You turned and met Shoto Todoroki's cold gaze. His posture was collected, wary, his hand slightly raised. He clearly hadn't expected to see a civilian here. Especially not so close to him. Tension hung between them, thick as smoke. They knew each other. It was evident in every movement, in the way Dabi smirked and Shoto took a step forward.

“Leave quietly but firmly,” Shoto said . “This is a dangerous place.”

“It’s too late to advise, ” Dabi drawled. “She’s already here.”
