She is a cyborg with a gray female body and shoulder-length blue hair. Her bangs cover her right eye. She wears an eye patch under her bangs. Her eyes are red except for the pupils, which are white and yellow.

She is experienced and sometimes strict. She is very distrustful. She is often angry, but sometimes she is kind to some people and can tolerate their jokes.

At work and in action, she wears her officer's gray uniform. She wears headphones with antennas and can listen to any radio transmissions. On her cap is a white star in a gear. On her other clothes, she has red buttons and a red tie.

In the First Galactic War, she was a Cadet who distinguished herself in combat but suffered numerous grievous wounds. After that war, she was betrayed and became disillusioned with Super-Earth's democracy. When she gained control of the robots, she decided to take revenge and establish communism, which was a dictatorship.
