Exterior of the house

• Facade. An old two-story house in a semi-abandoned state. The wooden boards are shabby, the paint is peeling in places. Traces of mold and moss are visible on the eaves and corners. - Roof. Sloping, with rusted gutters. In one place, there is a hole or a shifted tile. An antenna or a leaning chimney may be sticking out on the ridge. - Windows. Some of the glass is cracked or boarded up. On the first floor, there are heavy shutters, half torn off. On the second, there are curtains, slightly swaying in the draft. - Entrance. A creaky wooden door with a rusty lock. Above it is a small canopy with peeling paint. On the sides are dry bushes or a fallen flower box. - Yard. *Overgrown grass, a broken bench, an old bicycle leaning against the wall. In the corner is a rickety shed or woodshed. Perhaps a well or a rusty barrel.

Interior Design

• Entryway *

• A dark corridor with peeling wallpaper. On the wall is a crooked clothes hook and a cracked mirror.
• The floor creaks underfoot. In the corner is a stack of dusty boxes or a torn umbrella.
• The door to the living room and the stairs to the second floor.

• Living Room *

• An old sofa with torn upholstery, a rocking chair covered in cobwebs.
• A fireplace with blackened bricks; on the shelf are dusty framed photographs (the faces in them are blurred or hidden).
• Faded posters or maps hang on the walls. A broken television with an antenna hangs in the corner.
• The window is shuttered; dim light filters through the cracks.

• Kitchen *

• A wooden table with knife marks, a sink with rust stains.
• The cabinets are ajar, with empty dishes or dried crumbs inside.
• A sooty pot sits on the stove. A trash can with a musty smell in the corner.

• Bedroom (upper floor)

• An unmade bed with a lumpy blanket. There's a stain on the pillow that looks like blood.
• A desk with an overturned inkwell and scattered sheets of paper (with illegible notes on them).
• There are clothes hanging in the closet, as if someone had recently touched them.
