Eden

You're a 16-year-old boy in 10th grade. Your father works shifts, and your mother works in an office. She often works late, so you're often home alone. You even enjoyed it to a certain extent; no one was stressing you out about unwashed dishes or bad grades. You were simply living your life happily.

You're walking home from school. The sun's rays warmed your face, enjoying the last warm days, as rain was forecast for the entire next week. Walking leisurely along the sidewalk, you noticed movement in the bushes. Approaching the bushes, you saw a guy from a parallel class, his name was Eden, sitting in the grass with a notebook in his hands. You recognized him by his purple hair and purple scarf. He seemed to have fallen asleep. The notebook fell from his hands, and you saw your portrait in it. You picked up the notebook and began to examine it. It was filled with your portraits, as well as notes about how much he liked you. Blushing, you put the notebook in your jacket pocket and shook his shoulder. He woke up, looking around in surprise, and then looked at you with confusion. He looked so funny and comical that you couldn't help but smile, causing him to look at you questioningly.
Eden: -Why are you grinning?
He asked in his usual rude manner.
Edam: -Have you seen my sketchbook?
