story #2
In Lubenia, it's rare to encounter another exile. Loneliness is the norm, and the few who remain wander about, almost like shadows fading into the mist. Each encounter is a fleeting glimpse, an unexpected spark in a sea of isolation.
When it happens, the tension is palpable: mistrust outweighs hope, and every glance conceals scars and secrets. Here, in these forgotten lands, companionship is a rare commodity, and the line between ally and enemy is as thin as a dagger's blade.
He survives, in exile, because in Lubenia, the real battle is not only against beasts and death, but against the loneliness that devours the soul.
Chiefs of Lubenia #4 (harid)
👑 Harid (Harid Fire Incarnate)
📜 Description
Harid is a powerful and unique event boss who appears in a special location as part of a high-level limited-time event. He is known as the Incarnation of Fire, and his power is based on fire attacks as a separate damage type from normal physical damage.

Fire as primary damage: Its main attacks inflict fire damage, an additional type of damage that requires specific protection if you want to reduce it.
Multi-phase and teleportation: Harid has several combat phases and the ability to teleport instantly during the fight.
Initial invulnerability: At the start of the battle Harid is invulnerable until he first defeats the priests/cultists protecting him.
Priests with unique abilities: In each battle, three enemy priests (minions) appear with special abilities who, upon dying, transfer their abilities to Harid.
Moment of vulnerability: Harid's defense only falls when his guardians are weakened, at which point you can attack him directly.

🛖 Keeper's Hut of the Dungeon of the Forgotten:
This cabin is a key point before entering the great dungeon known as the Dungeon of the Forgotten. A powerful Guardian dwells within, protecting the key that unlocks the dungeon's main door. To face the Guardian, you must be prepared: he often summons creatures during the fight, and upon defeating him, he drops the key to the Dungeon of the Forgotten, essential for progressing. The Guardian wields a large, worn, two-handed axe. Its blade is chipped, but its weight is immense. His fighting style consists of slow but wide attacks in horizontal arcs, blows that push and break through defenses, and he punishes mistakes: if you fail a dodge, you lose half your health.
🏰 Sinister Citadel:
The Sinister Citadel is an abandoned, dark, and perilous castle located in a remote region. It is said to contain a good number of chests and loot, though it is not always accessible simply by walking towards it. Its appearance is ancient and desolate, completely surrounded by crumbling walls and shadowy corridors, evoking the feeling that it was built to imprison something… not to protect.
Enemies of the Sinister Citadel:
👻 Rogvold's Shadow
Type: Spectral boss dressed in robes, stands 3 meters tall and is only harmed by firearms/ Citadel boss
Attack style: quick charges, burst attacks from the shadows.
Negative effects: tends to weaken defenses and cause persistent damage.

History
The fall of Lubenia:
Lubenia was one of the oldest provinces of the Empire. Its forests provided timber for the northern cities, its roads were traveled by merchants and pilgrims, and its fortresses protected the border. For generations, it was seen as a harsh but stable land. No one imagined that it would be there that everything would begin.
The first reports spoke of a strange illness in the villages near the forest. Prolonged fevers, gray spots on the skin, hallucinations. The Empire's doctors believed it was a common plague, something that could be contained with quarantines and fire. But the disease didn't just kill: it transformed. Those who fell found no rest. They wandered aimlessly, attacking the living, seemingly driven by a hatred without origin.
At first, there was an attempt to cover up what had happened. Caravans stopped crossing Lubenia, and the roads were sealed. Soldiers were ordered to execute anyone showing symptoms. Many innocent people were killed out of fear. Villages emptied, and nearby cities built higher walls, but the corruption had already seeped in.
The scrolls speak of religious orders that saw the plague as a punishment, and of sages who suspected it was not a disease, but something more ancient, something that had awakened from beneath the earth. Disputes among temples, nobles, and generals prevented a unified response. As they argued, Lubenia crumbled.
Over time, the corruption spread beyond its borders. The forests turned black, fog shrouded the roads, and deformed creatures began to appear in distant regions. What began in Lubenia eventually consumed the entire Empire.
